PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure for a battery housing part and a battery pack therefor preventing drops of water from entering the bottom part of the battery housing part and thickness of an electronic apparatus from being increased even when a battery cover or the battery pack is removed while water remains in a gap outside a waterproof ring, in the waterproof structure for the battery housing part in the electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: In the waterproof structure for waterproofing an opening of a battery housing part 4 provided in the electronic apparatus with an elastic ring 55 provided along an outer circumferential face of the battery cover or a battery pack 5, a step portion 41 is provided all over the circumference of an inner wall surface of the battery housing part 4. Furthermore, in the battery pack 5 configured by covering a battery (51) with an upper case 52 and a lower case 53, at an outer circumferential side of the lower case 53, a groove for fitting the elastic ring 55 is provided between itself and a frame member 54.
