PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversity system which is capable of maintaining communications of high quality using a leakage coaxial cable even though it is simple in configuration. SOLUTION: The diversity system using a leakage coaxial cable is equipped with the leakage coaxial cable 1 arranged in a prescribed place; a transmitter 2 sending out high-frequency signals of prescribed frequency band from its transmission terminal; and a switch 10 which is interposed and connected between the transmission terminal of the transmitter 2 and the ends of the leakage coaxial cable 1, and outputs the high-frequency signals periodically sent from the transmission terminal of the transmitter 2 through either of the ends of the leakage coaxial cable 1 by switching.
