PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a mounting structure of a flow channel forming unit to a tank inner mounting member 72, with respect to an adaptor of a hot water supply port for a bathtub comprising the flow channel forming unit 10, a tank outer mounting member 71, the tank inner mounting member 72 and a filter member 73. SOLUTION: The flow channel forming unit 10 is connected in a state that it can not be pulled out in the longitudinal direction by locking a locking projection 19 formed on the flow channel forming unit 10 in an L-shaped locking groove 77 formed on a flange portion 72b of the tank inner mounting member 72, and a tip portion of a lock pin 85 inserted into an unthreaded pin hole 17 formed on the flow channel forming unit 10, is fitted to a lock hole 76 formed on a front face side of the flange portion 72b to relatively unrotatably fix the flow channel forming unit 10.
