PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable resin composition satisfactory in formability and superior in heat resistance and impact resistance. SOLUTION: The biodegradable resin composition contains a biodegradable resin, a plasticizer, a vegetal fibrous material and a crystal nuclear agent; and the plasticizer is a compound having two or more ester groups in the molecule and its average addition molar number of ethylene oxide is 3-9.
