ANTIMICROBIAL HAND WASH COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality of foam of a hand wash composition containing a phenol-based active component in using the composition as foams, and bring the composition to be less irritative by suppressing a solid content in the hand wash composition and possibly prepared by cold production. SOLUTION: An amphoteric surfactant comprising an aliphatic amine derivative having a nitrogen atom binding to at least 1 but≤2 propionic acids and/or a polyethylene glycol derivative or a polypropylene glycol derivative of an aliphatic amine quaternary ammonium salt which can dissolve at least a part of the active component are added.
