PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance work efficiency and safety by adding a means for automatically stopping a coil lifter after turning it by 90°/180°in a turning device for turning the coil lifter with a coil lifted. SOLUTION: The coil lifter turning device has dogs 39a-39d provided at 90°intervals at a fixed gear 14 of a hanging accessory, and a limit switch 38 provided at a body 20. In a reference position, the dog 39d is aligned with the limit switch, and when the body is turned by 90°with respect to a hanging part from the reference position, the dogs 39a, 39c adjacent to the dog 39d are aligned with the limit switch. When turned by 180°from the reference position, the dog 39b facing the dog 39d is aligned with the limit switch. When the 90°turned position or 180°turned position is detected, a control means automatically stops the coil lifter in the 90°turned position or 180°turned position. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
