PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve upper front visibility by exerting its originality and ingenuity for the disposition of an air conditioning unit without deteriorating the stability of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: In an air conditioning structure of a working vehicle disposing the air conditioning unit 36 at a roof part of a cabin, the air conditioning unit 36 is supported by a cross member 29 provided on the upper part of a cabin frame 19 so that the rear end part is positioned at the rear part. An outer roof 31 of the roof part 32 is formed so that the rear end part functions as an upper cover for covering an upper side of the air conditioning unit 36, and a lower cover 39 for covering a lower side of the air conditioning unit 36 is provided.
