PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle trunk space structure capable of effectively utilizing a limited cargo room space. SOLUTION: The trunk space structure includes: side wall portions 12 uprightly arranged on both sides of a trunk space 11 of a vehicle 10; partition plates 18, 19 which divide the cargo room 11; and first hook members 25 which are arranged with a predetermined height from a floor surface 14 of the trunk space 11 and extends in the longitudinal direction thereof. Moreover, the first hook members 25 includes at least two projections formed toward the center of the trunk space 11 and recesses continuously formed out of the at least two projections and formed in a recessed shape in the direction of the side wall portions 12.
