PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover for bathing to prevent warm water stored in a bathing device from spilling out, and to provide the bathing device for caring using the cover. SOLUTION: The cover 1 for bathing includes: a lower cover 2; an upper cover; the bases of long materials being substantially the same in length as the upper cover; and a plurality of bone bodies constituting a frame by attachment to the bases. The lower cover 2 is obtained by forming continuous erected walls at both the sides and front and rear parts of a waterproof bottom sheet material made of a synthetic resin or rubber, etc., having a width to allow a person to lie on his/her back and an appropriately fixed length to settle the whole body. The upper cover is made of a water barrier and flexible sheet and has a solid form with a semicylindrical, barrel, or polygonal shape with a width corresponding to the lower cover and an appropriately fixed length to settle a part up to the shoulders of the person; and includes a plurality of insertion holes arranged at desired positions so as to allow hands to be inserted to an inner part; and stop walls arranged at front and rear ends.
