PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe sole having a high heel, which permits an appropriate cushioning action to be provided on the right and left sides of a heel while providing strength and stability enough to support a weight at the center of the heel, and has a merchantable appearance. SOLUTION: By embedding vertically separated hollow air-cushioning materials 3a and 3b on the right and left sides of the interior of the heel 2 formed of an elastic material, crosswise interiors of the upper and lower air-cushioning materials are solidly formed of the elastic material or strength in the center of the heel is secured by being filled with a load supporting material while securing a sufficient cushioning action on the right and left sides of the heel.
