The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for detecting a haptic impression with a coupling, which is equivalent to haptic interaction, between an evaluation unit and an object which generates the haptic impression. The method is characterized by the following steps: a touch-specific user impedance is stored as a standard variable for simulating a natural interaction body, interaction forces between the interaction body and the object are measured, a perception value is calculated by forming the quotient of the interaction force and the user impedance and integrating this quotient, the perception value is filtered using a stored, touch-specific and standardized perception curve which, taking into account the user impedance, is based on the sensitivity of force perception, and the perception value determined is assigned and weighted with respect to an object-specific haptic reference curve. |
