APPARATUS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR PREPARING CYCLOHEXANOL, CYCLOHEXANONE AND ADIPIC ACID BY AIR OXIDIZATION OF CYCLOHEXANE

An apparatus and a aprocess for preparing cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone and adipic acid by catalytic air oxidization of cyclohexane with oxygen in the presence of metallic porphyrin catalyst. The apparatus of the invention comprises reactors which can forcedly increase quality transfer efficiency of the materials in the reaction system and accelerate reaction rate in the earlier stage of the reaction, and reactors which can effectively control the backmixing of the materials in the reaction system in the latter stage of the reaction. This invention provides improved cyclohexane conversion, products selectivity and oxidation products yield. Cyclohexane conversion is obtained between 15 percent and 25 percent, and the selectivity of cyclohexanol, cyclohexanone and adipic acid is more than 90 percent.
