A disposable syringe is provided to prevent the movement of a syringe after the syringe is used, to prevent the reuse of the syringe, and to prevent diseases caused by the reuse of the syringe. A disposable syringe(10) includes an inner cylinder, a piston(12) and a unit for preventing backing of a piston. Both ends of the inner cylinder are open. An outlet into which a syringe needle is inserted is formed on one end of the inner cylinder, and a handle is formed on the other end of the inner cylinder. The piston is received into the inner cylinder to be able to slide, and lets injection solution flow into the inner cylinder and flow out to the outlet. The unit for preventing backing of a piston prevents the backing of the piston after the piston discharges injection solution.
