<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication apparatus in which security can be ensured when setting is performed in order to establish communication under wireless environment. <P>SOLUTION: The wireless communication apparatus comprises an antenna 3 for transmitting a parameter signal indicative of a parameter required for establishing communication with other wireless communication apparatus to other wireless communication apparatus, a BB transmission processor 20 for controlling transmission power of the parameter signal transmitted by the antenna 3, a pseudo-random noise generator 21 for generating a pseudo-random noise signal, and adders 22a and 22b for adding a pseudo-random noise signal generated by the pseudo-random noise generator 21 to the parameter signal. When the parameter signal is transmitted by the antenna 3, the BB transmission processor 20 controls transmission power of the parameter signal to attenuate and the adders 22a and 22b add the pseudo-random noise signal to the parameter signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
