PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt-type steering apparatus with radial fixed gear, reducing the number of parts, improving the ease of assembly, and maintaining rigidity even after the assembly. SOLUTION: The tilt-type steering apparatus with radial fixed gear includes: a column housing 103 enclosing a steering shaft 101; a mounting bracket 201 formed on a side of the column housing; a tilt shaft 203 formed on the column housing; a fixed gear 205 formed on an outer peripheral surface of the mounting bracket; the fixed gear 205 radially formed around the tilt shaft; an adjustment bolt 207 extending through the mounting bracket and the fixed gear; a tilt bracket 209 coupled to the tilt shaft and to the adjustment bolt, respectively; a movable gear 211 meshing with the fixed gear, and coupled to an end of the adjustment bolt; an adjustment lever formed on the other end of the adjustment bolt; and a cam 303 driven according to operation of the adjustment bolt.
