PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method, capable of manufacturing a resin mold stator that is superior in various characteristics, such as thermal conductivity, heat radiation performance, crack resistance and heat resistance, by making a molded resin composition permeate into between stator windings, even if a resin mold stator, has high occupation rate for a stator wiring in a slot. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the resin mold stator has a step of executing wiring processing of winding an insulation-coated stator wiring of dimensions of not larger than 2.0 mm around a stator core so that the occupation rate of in the slot is not less than 70%; a step of arranging the stator core, provided with the sator winding in a die; and a step of molding the molded resin composition, while pressurizing and supplying it into the die by a pressurizing gelling method to form the resin-molded stator.
