<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating care bed improving the function, performance and safety in a bed allowing a caregiver to easily lay a care-receiver supine, recumbent or prone in a little labor or a bed allowing the care-receiver to feel happy and comfortable. <P>SOLUTION: Human body supporting opening/closing frames 2 and 3 safely and surely supporting a body with pipe-shaped retaining bodies 4a and 4b are openably/closably and detachably attached to the both faces of a rotation frame 1, and the rotation frame 1 is rotatably formed to be easily manually and optionally or periodically automatically actuated by a driving source in a rotation position of a desired supine, recumbent or prone position.
