<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, a method and an apparatus for learning input conversion capable of automatically, easily and efficiently performing Kana input conversion. <P>SOLUTION: According to the program for learning input conversion, words to be operated are weighted according to character string operations, such as displaying, selecting ranges, copying, pasting, and converting, performed in another system 200 such as a Web browser 200a, an e-mail application 200b, and an editor 200c, and the words are registered in a language dictionary table of a language dictionary DB 105c.
