<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing plate and a liquid crystal display (LCD) using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A polarizing plate including a polarizing film 20, a retardation film 30 and an auxiliary film 50 and an LCD using the polarizing plate are disclosed.
