PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification device and a program for performing appropriate notification in order to avoid risk that may occurs when starting to move a vehicle. SOLUTION: When an object passing through is detected in one or more specific area and also when there is a specific area where a driver does not confirm it, warning that the specific area is dangerous is issued with respect to a driver (left warning and right warning). Further, when an object passing through is detected in one or more specific area and when there is a specific area where the driver confirms it, or when an object is not determined and when there is a specific area where the driver does not confirm it, notification is made to warn the driver (left attention and right attention).
