PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing device eliminating temporary concentration of access when prompting a specified user to browse data. SOLUTION: When the number 412 of browsers is less than the predetermined number 413 of access and disclosure period of an album to the public ends, mail prompting an invited user to browse the album is sent to a mail address of the invited user whose access completion flag 604 is "no" (S25). When the time that the invited user accesses the album is larger than the access start time 501 of an access limitation table 500 and less than the access end time 502 and it is not predicted that the load on a server will not increase in the future, the album is permitted to be displayed to the invited user.
