PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor which prevents information from leaking from an HDD removed from the data processor after the HDD is subjected to processing of a countermeasure against illicitness. SOLUTION: The data processor 20 is equipped with an identifying means for identifying whether a connected storage device is illicit and an illicitness countering means for erasing information in the whole area of the storage device as illicitness countering processing so that the information cannot be deciphered when the identifying means identifies that the storage device is illicit.
