PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card dispensing apparatus that eliminates the possibility of adversely affecting a card dispenser, while reducing the number of part items. SOLUTION: The card dispensing apparatus has a dispensing button part 21 disposed in such a manner as to be exposed to the front face of a vending machine and validating a pressing operation when a vending command is given, and a slot part 22 for taking out a card dispensed from the card dispenser 28 installed within the vending machine. When the dispensing button part 21 given a vending command is pressed, the card dispensed from a card conveyor 28 can be taken out through the slot part 22. The dispensing button part 21 and the slot part 22 are formed in the same decorative frame 24. The decorative frame 24 is provided with a common draining structure for discharging water seeping into the vending machine through the dispensing button part 21 and/or the slot part 22, in such a manner that the draining structure intervenes between the dispensing button part 21 and the card dispenser 28 and between the slot part 22 and the card dispenser 28.
