PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package type power generating device capable of preventing trouble of disconnecting wiring by the occurrence of dislocation of a battery, even when receiving significant rocking and vibration in an earthquake and transport. SOLUTION: An engine 1 and a generator 2 are placed on a base 4. A stand 5 directly supported on the base 4, is arranged above the generator 2. A control panel 6 and a battery 7 are mounted on the stand 5. The battery 7 is fixed to the stand 5 via presser plates 13 and 14 from its side surface direction and the upper direction, and is restricted by the presser plates 13 and 14 to rocking and vibration in the earthquake and the transport.
