PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic blind and its manufacturing method which enables the whole and partial control of light. SOLUTION: The electronic blind is provided with a pair of substrates, a composite material (polymer/liquid crystal) interposed between the pair of substrates, and a pair of electrodes formed on the surface opposite to the pair of substrates. One electrode of the pair of electrodes is formed in the shape of a line at a distance from each other from one end of the substrate on one side to the other end.
