PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof structure capable of highly holding airtightness between a rafter and a thermal insulation material, with a simple constitution, regardless of skill of a worker. SOLUTION: This roof structure has an airtight piece 33 in a lower end part 11A of the rafter 11 extended to a purlin 10, and is characterized in that this airtight piece 33 has integrally a first airtight piece 34 abutting on an under surface 12C of a thermal insulation panel 12 positioned between the rafters 11 and 11 and a second airtight piece 35 abutting on a side surface 12D of the thermal insulation panel 12, when fitting the lower end part 11A of the rafter 11 in a groove part 10A arranged in the purlin 10.
