PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft-ground reinforcement method which can guide a direction where a ground-solidifying agent penetrates a target area for ground reinforcement, and can perform ground reinforcement as planned. SOLUTION: The soil of the soft ground of the target area A for ground reinforcement is investigated, and an air-press-fitting pipe 1, a pipe 2 for infusing the ground-solidifying agent, and a vacuum suction pipe 3 are inserted in the ground at intervals suitable for the soil. Then air is press-fitted into the air-press-fitting pipe 1, and the clearance between particles of the earth and sand in the ground is expanded. Then the ground-solidifying agent is infused into the pipe 2 for infusing the ground-solidifying agent, and vacuum suction is performed from the vacuum suction pipe 3. Thus, the ground-solidifying agent infused from the pipe 2 for infusing the ground-solidifying agent is guided to the vacuum suction pipe 3 side, and the clearance between the particles of the earth and sand is filled by the ground-solidifying agent. Thus, the soft-ground reinforcement method reinforces the soft ground of the target area A for ground reinforcement. A two liquid mixing polyurethane resin can be used as the ground-solidifying agent. It is desirable that the infusion of the ground-solidifying agent should be performed after placing a breathe-prevention sheet 8 on the ground surface of the target area A for ground reinforcement.
