PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability and reliability of the adjustment of the length of a link. SOLUTION: This length adjustment device comprises a first assembly A and a second assembly B. The first assembly A is the combination of a first joint 1, a sleeve 3, and a lock nut 4. A second assembly B is the combination of a second joint 2 and a rod 5. The first and second joints 1, 2 are connected to a crank and a rail. The sleeve 3 is rotatably held on the first joint 1 at a predetermined position. The rod 5 is fixed to the second joint 2, and has a length adjustment screw 5a. The length adjustment screw 5a is screwed into the screw hole 3a of the sleeve 3. The length of the link is adjusted by the rotation of the sleeve 3. The lock nut 4 is screwed into the tightening screw 3d of the sleeve 3, and pressurizes a part of the sleeve 3. The sleeve 3 is integrally joined to the rod 5.
