PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop and provide a composition that improves tissue fibrosis (namely, an extracellular matrix accumulation inhibitor, a fibrosis treating-agent or a heart failure-treating agent) or the like by decreasing an expression level of an extracellular matrix gene in a tissue thereby lowering the accumulation amount of an extracellular matrix.
