PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening tool capable of more easily fastening a double nut, and further improving working efficiency. SOLUTION: This tool comprises a tool body M having a rotary driving shaft R, a rotary socket M1 fitted with a second nut and rotating the second nut by the rotary driving shaft, a shaft member 21 spaced from a rotary shaft of the rotary socket by a predetermined spacing and relatively slidable to the socket along the rotary shaft, a supporting member 23 provided with guide parts 24, 25 slidably supporting the shaft member and fixed to the tool body, and a rotation-preventing spanner member 27 having a fit part 27a fitted with the first nut to stop the rotation of the first nut and provided at one tip of the shaft member in a manner that the fit part is positioned on the rotary shaft of the rotary socket.
