PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush capable of easily making curls even in a busy time in the morning without neither making a mistake between right and left curling directions nor leaving the trace of a curler when a hot curler is used. SOLUTION: Hair is curled by not winding the hair around a hair iron, the hot curler, or a brush but putting the hair into a basket 2 from the tip of the hair. Curling is performed in the basket, while rotating a main body, so as to blow the hot air of a dryer. The basket is made of mesh to obtain excellent ventilation, so that the hot air of the dryer can be blown from either an upper part or a side part.
