PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope, an endoscope attachment and an endoscope apparatus having a dimension similar to or less than the conventional endoscope and allowing a simultaneous observation of the front and the side. SOLUTION: This endoscope 100 is provided with: a truncated and two-sheet hyperbolic mirror 102 having a shaft conformed with the optical axis of a lens system 101 and disposed at the distal end of an operation field side facing the lens system 101, and a light source 103 provided at a side circumferential part outside the lens system 101. Under a relation where a two-sheet hyperbolic shape, the truncated section 108 and the light source 103 are so disposed as preventing the light source from being caught in a camera focus via the truncated two-sheet hyperbolic mirror 102, an image in the operation field direction is introduced from a truncated section 108 and an image in the side circumferential direction is introduced from the two-sheet hyperbolic mirror.
