A gasket insertion tool (30) which includes a gasket holding formation (18) for holding a gasket (10) in position and a pair of spaced seats (12) on the gasket holding formation, the pair of spaced seats at a spacing to match the spacing between a pair of spaced bolts holding joint flanges of a bolted flanged pipe joint, the seats being shaped to seat, in use, on a pair of spaced flange holding bolts and locating the gasket held by the gasket holding formation in position between and co-axial with the flanges of the joint. |
