The wall element has a minimum of two side sections (2) made from hard material such as concrete. The wall has internal reinforcement (3) arranged in structural panels (4) with the structured ends penetrate a tension rod (5), in a transverse direction to the structure. The side sections are reinforced with a deeper penetration than the structured upper parts. A cavity (7) is provided between side sections.
