According to the invention, the fastening means (7) and/or a portion of each of the arms comprise or comprises a weakened region (9) designed to break when a force above a given rupture value is applied to the end crossmember (3), whereby the hitching support (4) detaches, enabling the deformable connection means (6) to deform.
