A partition-type chassis and a flat display with the same are provided to couple each chassis member by using fastening members without coupling each chassis member through a compression process using press equipment, thereby reducing the cost of products and improving the convenience of assembly. A partition-type chassis includes chassis members(320,330) and a plurality of fastening members(350,360). The chassis members are composed of at least two members. The plurality of fastening members combines the chassis member. Coupling holes(365) with a predetermined shape are formed in both ends of the each chassis member. Each of the fastening members is fastened to the coupling holes. |
