A fuel cooler having an auxiliary fuel cooler is provided to improve cooling property of fuel by leading convection of flowing fuel inside a fuel tank when driving and by moving air flowed inside an outer cover in a lower portion of the fuel tank. In a fuel tank(30) provided with an assistant fuel cooler for cooling fuel(20) inside the fuel tank, the auxiliary fuel cooler includes a wave forming unit(33) formed continuously with upwardly and downwardly bent waves to form an oil path along a running direction in a predetermined position of a bottom portion of the fuel tank. In addition, the oil path is formed by settling an inner cover(41) to an upper portion of the wave forming unit and by settling an outer cover to a lower portion of the wave forming unit, thereby flowing outside air when driving.
