A client server connection system and a load balancing network system having the same are provided to enable a DNS server to perform only functions without performing a separate function by performing load balancing in a client party, thereby preventing the deterioration of performance caused by overload. A server connection information request unit requests server connection information about an input domain name to a DNS(Domain Name Server)(200)(S1). A service server status information request unit transmits the server connection information obtained by the server connection information request unit to an assigned relay server to request the transmission of status information about a service server(S3). A service server connection request unit selects a service server suitable for conditions which a user selects among at least one or more service server status information transmitted from the relay server and requests connection to the selected service server(S6).
