<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to detect with an improvement for each quantum at X ray emission detection. <P>SOLUTION: In an X ray detector for the detection of each quantum, which has a plurality of the detector elements (2) and an evaluation unit (4) which is connected with these elements (2) and is assigned to the first energy threshold for each detector element (2); a part of different emission spectra which can be photographed by the detector element (2) has energy which is less than the energy threshold; the other part of each emission spectrum has energy which exceeds the energy threshold; and the energy threshold of the different detector elements (2) is set with the difference mutually matching in the detector elements (2), having a different ratio between the spectrum part that has the energy exceeding the energy threshold or the energy less than the energy threshold in a first emission spectrum, and the spectrum part having the energy exceeding the energy threshold or the energy less than the energy threshold in a second emission spectrum. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
