<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incontinence undergarment 10 surely preventing sideway leakage and back-and-forth leakage. <P>SOLUTION: The incontinence undergarment 10 comprises an undergarment main body 11 having a gusset part 75, and a water-absorptive member 12 formed at the gusset part 75. The water-absorptive member 12 comprises a lower sheet 16, a water-absorptive sheet 17, an intermediate sheet 18 and an upper sheet 19. The intermediate sheet 18 has an opening 20. The center part of the water-absorptive sheet 17 is exposed from the opening 20. The intermediate sheet 18 covers the peripheral part 63 of the water-absorptive sheet 17.
