COUPLER FOR FUEL CELL, AND FUEL CELL USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler for fuel cell with improved durability, reliability, and safety by enabling release of connection state without causing damages to a socket or the like, when a force such as bending and twisting is inflicted on a fuel cartridge, and a fuel cell.

SOLUTION: The coupler for fuel cell is equipped with a socket part 4 which has a socket main body 32 installed on a fuel cell and a valve mechanism (38) arranged in the interior and to which a nozzle part 8 installed on a fuel cartridge is connected detachably. The socket part 4 is provided with a nozzle support mechanism 43 which has a hook part 44 that protrudes toward inside of the socket main body 32 and is capable of retreating in diameter direction of the socket main body 32 and an elastic member 45 that gives a pressing force to the hook part 4 so as to support the nozzle part 8 and permits retreat of the hook part 44.
