<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee maker especially of paper drip type using filter paper, which can make delicious coffee, even only a single cup of coffee at one time without requiring any special technique in pouring hot water, and also make thick espresso coffee using the same apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: To make good coffee, it is important not to sir coffee powder with poured hot water, and to make its coffee sediment layer adsorb bad and bitter ingredients of the coffee powder.
