<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use same diagnosis standards continuously as a case using a conventional halogen light source and reduce burden of a judging person and prevent wrong diagnosis due to misunderstanding of the diagnosis standards, even if a white LED is used as a lighting light source in the field of diagnosis and detection or the like of the state of observation object based on the color of the observation object such as in a pathology diagnostic field. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting optical system using a solid light-emitting element 2 to emit white light has a wavelength distribution conversion element 11 having optical characteristics in which transmissivity for each prescribed wavelength region including each peak wavelength changes with a step corresponding to a plurality of peak wavelengths contained in the white light emitted by the solid light-emitting element 2 and the wavelength of the white light emitted by the solid light-emitting element 2 is made similar to the wavelength distribution of the daylight color. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
