PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portal site which is high in convenience even when a picture size is restricted.

SOLUTION: A registration information acquisition part 201 acquires registration information registered corresponding to user ID included in user information. A registration information database 202a stores registration information such as a scene or content selected by the user while associated with the user ID. A content database 202b stores content to be provided to the user. A scene list data generation part 203 generates data showing the list of scenes selected so that the user displays in his or her unique portal site from the registration information. A content collection part 204 collects content in the scene designated by the user from the content database 202b. A scene-categorized data generation part 205 generates scene-categorized data including title data and detail data by using the collected content.
