PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically select and output only one location even when there are two or more locations corresponding to inputted address expressions. SOLUTION: This location analyzing device is configured so that a database 1 in which only address information or the designations of facilities existing in predetermined addresses and the address information are registered for every record is retrieved by using input address expressions as a key, and the address information of records including the pertinent address expressions is extracted as location candidates by a location candidate extraction part 31, and the database 1 is retrieved by using the address information of the extracted location candidates as a key, and the number of records including the address information of the location candidates is calculated for every location candidate as popularity scores by a popularity score calculation part 32, and the location candidate whose popularity score is the highest is decided as the location, to output the input address expressions and the determined location while associated with each other.
