PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater cleaning treatment system which can treat a wastewater such as rain water to make a water, usable for irrigation, with a foreign matter of low concentration without using a filtration filter and giving chemicals and also reduce an operation cost. SOLUTION: A wastewater passage is continuously arranged with a first tank having the function of storing the wastewater and also separating the foreign matter through an inclined structure 7 arranged inside, a second tank having the function of separating water and the foreign matter by the difference of the specific gravity, and a third tank having the function of separating the foreign matter, which does not settle or float by a difference of the specific gravity, from water, so that the wastewater flowing into the first tank can be naturally introduced into the second tank and the third tank in order, wherein the wastewater can be cleaned to be the water usable for irrigation by wastewater treatment from the first tank to the third tank.
