PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a destaticizing and dust removal apparatus and a system therefor sufficiently destaticizing and removing attached matter (dust) from an object (human body or member). SOLUTION: This destaticizing and dust removal apparatus 10 has an ion generator having multiple discharge needles jetting ions toward the object, and an air blow generator jetting air blow toward the object by taking in ions jetted from the ion generator. Air blow containing ions destaticizes the object and static electricity charged on the object to remove the attached matter from the object. The destaticizing and dust removal apparatus is disposed in a pre-chamber or a locker room of a clean room, or a place before entering a building or room to be kept cleanliness.
