PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide continuously ingestible tea beverage having effect of ameliorating capillary endothelium function through promoting secretion of NO from vascular endothelial cell and reinforcing NO action. SOLUTION: The proanthocyanidin-containing tea beverage easily drinkable without peculiarity contains proanthocyanidin (procyanidin B1;PB1) and proanthocyanidin (procyanidin B3;PB3), and their total quantity is fixed concentration or above.
