Four single tips (1) lie on a circular line around a drill bit's axle. Clearance between each adjacent drill bit, i.e. 1,2 and 3,4, is less than between 2,3 and 1,4. During corresponding peripheral movement in a driving mechanism, they lead to a drilled hole that has two subareas, in each of which there is an overlapping countersinking.
