The present invention relates to an immunogenic composition for raising a n immune response to an antigen, the composition comprising the antigen and a targeting moiety specific for lymph-resident dendritic cells. Use of the i mmunogenic composition in a vaccine and methods of boosting an immune respon se using the composition are also provided. Conversely, the invention also r elates to immunogenic composition for raising an immune response to an antig en, the composition comprising the antigen and a targeting moiety specific f or tissue-derived dendritic cells and a vaccine comprising said composition.
